Club Refund Policy (East Hamilton Soccer)

PrintClub Refund Policy



  • Refunds are not available after June 1st (the start of season) for all soccer programs (unless for medical reason)
  • A letter from a physician is required for all refund requests based on medical reasons
  • Refund requests made before June 1st are refunded, less a $25 administrative fee
  • All refunds are subject to the discretion of the EHSC Board of Directors
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted to the Registrar via email ([email protected])
  • Please allow 10 business days to process all refunds


NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 1ST UNLESS FOR MEDICAL REASON

By completing and signing an EHSC registration form, parents/guardians must understand that they are agreeing to accept all terms and conditions listed, including the refund policy.

EHSC’s refund policy aims to allow parents a reasonable period following registration to withdraw for unforeseen non-medical circumstances while safeguarding the company's long-term financial stability.
